Humidity sensors, also known as hygrometers, A humidity sensor, or hygrometer, is a device that measures and monitors the amount of water vapor in the air or other gases. Working Principle

Wind speed sensor is a physical device used to measure wind speed. The wind generated by the airflow drives the top three wind cups to rotate, and the central axis drives the internal sensing element to generate an output signal, which can be used to calculate the wind speed.

Types of Humidity Sensors

• Capacitive Humidity Sensors: These sensors use a hygroscopic dielectric material between two conductive plates. As the humidity level changes, the dielectric constant of the material varies, altering the capacitance. The sensor measures this change to determine humidity.
• Resistive Humidity Sensors: These sensors use a moisture-sensitive material whose electrical resistance changes when it absorbs moisture. The sensor measures this resistance change to calculate humidity.
• Thermal: These sensors measure the thermal conductivity of air, which changes with humidity. A dual-sensor setup (one exposed to the environment and one in dry air) compares thermal conductivity to calculate humidity.
• Optical Humidity Sensors:These sensors use light interactions with a moisture-sensitive material. Changes in the optical properties (absorption or reflection) are detected to determine humidity levels.
